1 Definitions and Explanations

The meanings of certain words and terms used in these terms and conditions are described below. It is necessary to keep these definitions in mind to understand the document correctly.

• "Platform" — The baji dev website (baji-dev.cam) and all pages under it, mobile applications, and related digital services.
• "User" — Any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service of this platform.
• "Account" — A personal profile created through registration on the platform, through which the user manages transactions and gaming activities.
• "Services" — Online betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and other entertainment activities provided by baji dev.
• "Bonus" — A financial reward or additional balance given subject to specific conditions, which is not direct cash.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility to Use Services

The following conditions must be met to use baji dev's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Online gaming or betting must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are accessing the services.
• You must participate on this platform knowingly and voluntarily.
• If you have previously been banned or suspended by baji dev, you may not open a new account.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on baji dev. Registering with false information will result in the account being cancelled.

3.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration, the user must provide their correct name, mobile number, date of birth, and other required details. It is the user's responsibility to update their account if any information changes.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed and the funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Password Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. The user will bear responsibility for all activities carried out from their account, unless they immediately notify our support team of the account being compromised.

3.4 Identity Verification

baji dev reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, or payment information at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4 Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on baji dev is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account quickly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used as payment methods. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. However, if a verification process is ongoing, it may take longer.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user confirms that funds deposited into the account are obtained from a legitimate source. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. baji dev plays an active role in preventing money laundering and reserves the right to take appropriate action in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

baji dev provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has its own conditions, and compliance with those conditions is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on the first deposit to a new account. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to become eligible for withdrawal, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is never direct cash — the bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.
• The same user cannot claim the same bonus through multiple accounts.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time limit for receiving a bonus, the bonus will be considered void.
• baji dev reserves the right to change bonus conditions or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• There may be restrictions on specific games when placing bets using bonus funds.

5.3 Other Promotions

baji dev runs several regular promotions including a weekly deposit festival, slots fun bonus, cricket excitement bonus, birthday reward, and referral bonus. Separate conditions apply to each promotion and these are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game and event on baji dev. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted, and the platform reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless baji dev itself cancels it due to a specific technical error. If an event is cancelled or abandoned in sports betting, the bet amount is refunded.

6.3 Finality of Results

The result of a game or match at the moment it is confirmed will be considered final. For sports events, the announcement by the relevant authority is taken as final.

6.4 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a server outage or other technical issue, baji dev will analyse the situation and take appropriate action. In such cases, the bet amount may be refunded in full or in part.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji dev platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any form of manipulation.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method for placing bets.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly by opening multiple accounts.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfering with technical systems or attempting a cyber attack.
• Manipulating the system by placing bets in collusion or coordination with other users.

If evidence of such activities is found, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

baji dev strives to provide its services at all times, however the platform's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or problems with the user's device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Disruption to services due to unexpected natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.

baji dev's maximum liability for any single matter will be limited to an amount equal to or less than the total funds deposited by that user in the past 30 days.

9 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the baji dev platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of this platform.

Users may not publish, distribute, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without permission. Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

For content belonging to third-party game providers, the intellectual property of the relevant company applies and their own terms and conditions are incorporated therein.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

baji dev is committed to protecting users' personal information. Details of how information is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of these terms and conditions.

All transactions and data are kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Users' information is not sold or transferred to any third party, however information may be provided to the relevant authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. The remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however if there are incomplete wagering conditions, the bonus will be forfeited.

11.2 Suspension by baji dev

baji dev may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If a verification request is not responded to.
• If there is suspicion that a minor is using the account.
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted for the user's own protection.

12 Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

12.1 Right to Amend Terms

baji dev reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, our company policies and privacy policy together form the entire agreement between the user and baji dev. Any oral or unwritten promises outside of these documents are not binding.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

12.4 Partial Invalidity

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
